MacBeth's Cabins, on the Clarion River adjacent to Cook Forest State Park, Pennsylvania

Northwestern Pennsylvania is an outdoor recreational paradise.  With the 513,000 acre Allegheny National Forest adjoined both by Clear Creek State Park and our own Cook Forest State Park, recreational opportunities are almost limitless.  Hiking, biking, skiing, snomobiling, 4-Wheeling, boating, canoeing, fishing, hunting, wildlife spotting, horseback riding and plenty of scenic views are some of the opportunities.

MacBeth's Cabins are situated on the Wild and Scenic designated Clarion River less than 1 mile from the Forest Cathedral Natural Area, probably Pennsylvania’s finest and largest intact old-growth forest.

MacBeth's Cabins can serve as your base camp for exploring the 7,182 acre Cook Forest State Park or any of the many other recreational areas within an hour's drive.  We provide the security of comfortable, rustic lodging complete with all of the modern conveniences, gas and groceries.

MacBeth's now has an adjoining campground for those who prefer to rough it.

With time honored hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere that has been a tradition for 75 years and four generations, Macbeth's has become a second home to families and friends in Pennsylvania.
